Lens Ring
A lens ring gasket is a metallic gasket with a spherical sealing surface designed for high-pressure, high-temperature applications, particularly in piping systems and pressure vessel heads. These gaskets are used in conjunction with flanges that have specially machined recesses to match the gasket’s spherical shape. The spherical contact provides a high-integrity, metal-to-metal seal, often favored in environments where leakage could pose significant risks.

The FLEX-ACE™️ is a specially designed plug and change gasket combination kit, with a combination of an air-cooled exchanger plug, and change gasket. The plug has a design that seats a Change gasket, offering the tightest and most effective seal in an air-cooled exchanger.
